Process of ordering commission
1.) Please copy the order form for brief commission and fill in all the details to the best of your knowledge, then send it to the artist via PM or E-mail: [email protected]
2.) The artist will sum up the price and inform clients
3.) Once clients agree to the price that was offered. The artists will send payment method to the clients along with E-form requesting clients for proof of payment and E-signature as proof that clients have accepted terms of commission.
4.) The artist will start on commission

4.) นักวาดจะส่งช่องทางการจ่ายเงินให้และแบบฟอร์มยืนยันการจ่ายเงิน จากนั้นผู้ว่าจ้างลงลายเซ็นท์ (E-signature) เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานยืนยันการยอมรับเงื่อนไขของคอมมิชชั่นและเป็นหลักฐานทางการเงินแก่นักวาด
5.) นักวาดเริ่มทำงานคอมมิชชั่น
PAYMENT
Custom Commission files received from the artist.
1.) If clients don’t provide file size for the commission. The artist will decide them on their own as they see fits.
2.) If clients don’t request specific file types, the artist will send commissions as a JPG or PNG file with a resolution of 300 dpi. The file will not be separated into layers.
3.) PNG file with the resolution of 300 dpi. They are transparent files and don’t have backgrounds. The file will not be separated into layers.
4.) clients can specify the parts that need to be cut and divided, so that they can be rearranged as needed. There is no charge for separating the pieces (except for illustrations to be used in the Vtuber model). Clients should inform the artist before starting the work.
5.) All files are made in RGB color mode. Clients can request for CMYK color mode via Note. This request won’t cost any additional price.

Highlights of this serviceUnlimited revisions, as long as the artist agrees to the requests. The artist may reject the request and suggest new ideas for revisions. Discussions are held to reach a mutual agreement, and workflow updates are provided. Fast delivery is possible. This service is available for both personal and commercial use.
Custom Commission for Personal’s commercial use
This term of custom commission price rate applies only for personal’s commercial use. This refers to a client who wants to use this artwork for their own benefits and income, whether it’s for their social media accounts, personal business accounts, reproduction for sales, resale, or modifying artwork (with permission from the artist).With this price, the client is allowed to use this commission work for all their personal use. Whether it’s for their personal social media accounts, using as gifts, collecting, or reproducing their own products for personal collection.
Term of use on Custom Commission for personal's commercial use1.) Clients are granted full commercial usage rights and have all the right to use the commission work to gain benefits and income under their name.2. The client may NOT alter or modify any part of the original artwork without explicit permission from the artist.3. The client MUST credit the artist for the creation of the commissioned work. This includes crediting the artist as the designer, even if the design is used for a new commission by another artist.4.) Clients are NOT allowed to use this commission artwork for memes and mimics to be baneful or a violation of other people in real life.5.) Using commission for any NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens) activity is FORBIDDEN.6.) Clients are NOT allowed to use the commission work for the generation or creation of AI art without permission from the artist.7.) Clients are NOT allowed to work on the unfinished product or use the unfinished product to commission the other artist without permission from the original artist. However, clients will be allowed to do so when the commission is done, and fully paid or clients have proceeded with the commission cancellation. (Please read the Cancellation policy)8.) When this commission is published by a third party without permission from the clients and the artist. Both the client and the artist are allowed to use these terms of service documents as proof for demanding compensation or cease the publication.
Custom Commission for Company’s commercial use1.) A commission in the name of the company or organization will be charged with x1.5 from the original price.
2.) Clients under the name of the company or organization are allowed to pay via Swift Code if they did not possess Paypal account or can’t pay via Paypal’s invoice. (Swift Code is used for direct payment from the client’s bank account to the artist’s bank account in Thailand. The process of transition will take around 3-5 business days for the money to be transferred)
3.) This price is already included vat and service.
4.) Commission for Company’s commercial use can negotiate and set up a payment plan (other than the regular one offered) with the artist.
5.) Do NOT request a commission for personal’s commercials and use the commercial of the company later. Any commission for the company’s commercial use MUST provide the company name.
Custom Commission for Fan-arts commercial use1.) The artist will consider accepting fanart commissions, including commercial or personal use, only in certain cases or for specific fandoms. Please inquire before commissioning. The artist reserves the right to refuse work from certain fandoms, as the fundamental culture of fandoms (Fandom Tradition) is based on appreciation and direct support for the artist. This is for the safety of both parties from future copyright issues.2.) The artist is not responsible if the client's fanart products are suspended from sale by the official license holder.3.) If the client uses the fanart to create and sell printed products, such as keychains, stickers, or other items that are mass-reproduced without any creative input from the seller, the number of items will be limited to 20-50 pieces per design, or a quantity to be mutually agreed upon, to ensure commercial use aligns with fandom tradition.4.) For book covers or illustrations inside a book that is physically printed (not a digital file), and where the content is written by the client, selling is permitted as usual with no quantity limit, subject to the client's production capacity.5.) The artist does not currently permit the sale of fanart as digital product files, except for e-books where the original manuscript contains the client's creative ideas. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.6.) If the client commissions the work for promotion, collection, use as a profile picture on any banner, or prints only 1-5 copies for personal use or to share with friends, this is permitted as usual. This price includes revisions and the agreed-upon work quality.7.) The artist does not accept fanart commissions from companies, but only from private individuals, under any circumstances, except for companies that are the copyright holders.
Payment1.) Clients must pay the full price before the artist starts working. If clients want to set up a deposit payment for the commission. Clients MUST request it after they are informed of the total price by the artist.2.) Payment is made via Wise, Paypal or Stripe only.3.) Clients will pay via Wise, Paypal or Stripe given by the artist after they inform the client of the commission’s price.4.) In case clients do not possess a payment account. Clients can inform the artist, so they can send invoice, which allows clients to make a payment via debit card or a credit card.5.) The price in USD currency already included vat and service. Clients do not have to pay an additional price from the artist offered. Tips are allowed but not necessary.6.) In case clients couldn't complete the payment via Wise PayPal or Stripe due to technical issues. Clients can request Swift code from the artist. However, the transaction may take up to 3-5 days to complete. The artist will wait for the transaction to be complete before start working on the commission.
Deposit Payment1.) Deposit payment is ONLY offered to the commission, which costs 200 USD or more. Clients can request to set up the payment directly with the artist.
2.) For deposit payment, the client will be paying half of the original price before the artist starts working on their work and pays the rest after the artist finished with their work.
3.) This deposit payment rule ONLY applies to commissions for personal’s commercial use.
Time and Working1.) Commission work usually takes around 1 week – 1 month or more depending on the details and scale of the works
2.) If clients insist on the earlier due date for the works, the client will have to pay twice the original price for the fee.
3.) Artist will inform the client about the idea before start working.
4.) During the working process, the client can request an additional change to the artist until the end of the working period.
5.) There will NOT be an additional charge for the change. Clients can make a comment or request for a change as long as the artist agrees to the request.
Discount from purchasing Adoptable and Products1.) If clients have brought Adoptable, Products or Prints via the artist's official platform or available platform. Clients can show proof of owned product (Example: A picture of the product, transaction slip, art digital files, etc.) to get a 10% discount from the commission.
(1 Product per 1 commission)2.) If clients have brought Surprise-me , YCH from VGEN or Artsign on Arbum website from the artist. Clients can show proof of owned product on Arbum to get a 10% discount from the commission. (1 Product per 1 commission)3.) Discounts cannot be reused.
Custom Commission Cancellation policy1.) Supposedly the client didn’t receive an update from the artist, within 15 days after the artist give the “Start Notice” to the client. Clients can request for the contract cancellation with a full refund.
2.) In case the cancel request is made after receiving the update from the artist, the client may receive 50% of the payment. The cancelation requests will be reviewed at the artist’s discretion.
3.) In the case of deposit payment. Suppose the clients couldn't pay the rest of the commission after the commission is done. Then, the artist is allowed to cancel the commission without any refunds.
4.) In the case of the international transition method. When canceling the commission, the artist will not be held responsible for the transaction fee (Since the artist is already responsible for the first transaction fee)
5.) Upon cancellation, the client will receive the unfinished work and is granted a limited license to continue it by themselves or commission another artist. The artist retains the original copyright of the unfinished work.
Custom Commission after serviceClients can request the backup files up to 2 weeks after the commission is done. After that, the artist won't be responsible for backing up the file.

การใช้งานคอมมิชชั่นสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป1.) ผู้ว่าจ้างมีสิทธิ์เชิงพาณิชย์ที่จะใช้ประโยชน์และหารายได้จากงานคอมมิชชั่นที่ถูกจ้างไปในฐานะบุคคลทั่วไป แต่ไม่ใช่เจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์โดยสมบูรณ์ โดยการแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผู้สร้างผลงาน2.) หลังได้รับงานแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่ควรดัดแปลงภาพใดๆ จากต้นฉบับ ยกเว้นได้รับการอนุญาติจากนักวาด3.) ผู้ว่าจ้าง ต้อง ให้เครดิตนักวาดซึ่งเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์งานคอมมิชชั่นอาร์ต ร่วมถึงเครดิตชื่อนักวาดในฐานะผู้ออกแบบดีไซน์ด้วย แม้ว่าจะนำไปจ้างคอมมิชชันคนอื่นเพื่อวาดภาพใหม่ก็ตาม4.) ไม่อนุญาต ให้ใช้งานสำหรับ meme หรือตัดต่อล้อเลียนเพื่อสร้างความเสียหายให้แก่บุคคลอื่น5.) ห้าม ใช้งานว่าจ้างสำหรับการขาย NFT ไม่กว่ากรณีใด ๆ ก็ตาม6.) ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่มีสิทธิ์นำ ภาพระหว่างการทำงานของนักวาด ไปว่าจ้างให้คนอื่นทำต่อ หรือทำต่อเอง โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากนักวาด ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องแจ้งการยกเลิกสัญญาจ้างให้ชัดเจนแก่นักวาด (โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไขการยกเลิกสัญญาว่าจ้าง) ก่อนกระทำการใด ๆ ก็ตาม ยกเว้นภาพนั้นเสร็จสิ้นสมบูรณ์ และมีการจ่ายเงินครบตามที่ตกลงกันแล้ว7.) ผู้ว่าจ้างและนักวาดสามารถนำสัญญาการว่าจ้างนี้ ไปเป็นหลักฐานเพื่อให้ชดเชยค่าเสียหายหรือขอให้ระงับการเผยแพร่ได้ หากมีผู้อื่นนำภาพคอมมิชชั่นนี้ไปใช้เพื่อหาผลประโยชน์ใด ๆ ก็ตาม โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต8.) ผู้ว่าจ้างไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้งานคอมมิชชั่นในการประยุกต์การใช้งานกับ AI เพื่อสร้างงานศิลปะ โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากนักวาด ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ
เชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับบริษัท1.) ถ้าเป็นกรณีงานที่ว่าจ้างในนามของบริษัทหรือองค์กรใด ๆ นักวาดมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องคิดราคางาน x1.5 เท่า ของงานปกติ2.) บริษัทสามารถเสนอแผนการชำระเงินที่สะดวกต่อนักวาดเพื่อพิจารณาได้3.) ห้าม จ้างงานในฐานะบุคคลทั่วไปและใช้คอมมิชชั่นในนามของบริษัทในภายหลัง คอมมิชชั่นเชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับบริษัทต้องใช้ชื่อของบริษัทเท่านั้น
เชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับแฟนอาร์ต1.) นักวาดจะพิจารณาการรับงานคอมมิชชั่นแฟนอาร์ตในราคาที่รวมการใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ หรือการใช้ส่วนตัวนี้ ในบางกรณีหรือบางแฟนด้อมเท่านั้น โปรดสอบถามก่อนการจ้างงาน นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธการขายงานจากแฟนด้อมบางประเภท เพราะวัฒนธรรมของแฟนด้อม (Fandom Tradition) โดยพื้นฐานเกิดจากความชอบ หรือเป็นการซื้อเพราะซัพพอร์ตนักวาดโดยตรงมากกว่า เพื่อความปลอดภัยของทั้งสองฝ่ายจากปัญหาลิขสิทธิ์ในอนาคต2.) นักวาดไม่รับผิดชอบกรณีผู้ว่าจ้างขายสินค้าแฟนอาร์ตแล้วโดนระงับการขายจากออฟฟิศเชี่ยล3.) ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างนำภาพแฟนอาร์ตไปขายเป็น พิมพ์เป็นสินค้า ตัวอย่างเช่น พวงกุญแจ, สติกเกอร์, สินค้าอื่นๆ ที่มีการพิมพ์ซ้ำหลายครั้งโดยที่ไม่มีการครีเอตเองจากผู้ขายด้วย จะมีการลิมิตต่อลาย เช่น 20-50ชิ้น ต่อลาย เป็นต้น หรือจำนวนตามแต่จะตกลงกัน เพื่อให้การใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์นั้นสอดคล้องกับธรรมเนียมของแฟนด้อม4.) ในกรณีปกหนังสือ หรือภาพประกอบภายในหนังสือ ที่มีการพิมพ์เป็นเล่ม ไม่ใช่ไฟล์ดิจิตอล และเนื้อหาการเขียนด้วยตนเองจากผู้จ้าง ยังอนุญาตให้ขายได้ตามปกติ ไม่ได้จำกัดจำนวน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับกำลังผลิตของผู้จ้าง5.) ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างนำไปขายเป็นไฟล์สินค้าดิจิตอล นักวาดยังไม่อนุญาติในตอนนี้ ยกเว้น การขายอีบุ๊ก ที่ต้นฉบับหนังสือมีไอเดียสร้างสรรค์จากผู้ว่าจ้างด้วย จะมีการตกลงเป็นรายกรณี6.) กรณีผู้ว่าจ้าง จ้างเพื่อใช้โปรโมตหรือสะสม ตั้งเป็นภาพโปรไฟล์บนแบนเนอร์ใด ๆ หรือพิมพ์แค่ 1-5 ชิ้น เพื่อเก็บไว้ใช้ส่วนตัวหรือกับเพื่อน ยังคงทำได้ตามปกติ ราคานี้รวมการแก้ไขงานและคุณภาพงานที่ได้ตามที่ตกลงกันแล้ว7.) ยังไม่รับการจ้างภาพแฟนอาร์ต ในกรณีที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจ้างในนามบริษัท ไม่ใช่บุคคลทั่วไป ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ ยกเว้นบริษัทที่เป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์
การชำระเงิน1.) ผู้ว่าจ้าง ต้อง จ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวนก่อนเริ่มงานเท่านั้น นักวาดจึงจะเริ่มดำเนินงานให้ ถ้าต้องการผ่อนชำระผู้ว่าจ้าง ต้อง เป็นผู้แจ้งให้นักวาดทราบหลังจากตกลงราคาเรียบร้อยแล้ว2.) ชำระเงินผ่านทางธนาคารที่นักวาดมีตัวเลือกให้ คือ-ธนาคารกรุงเทพ (บัญชีชื่อร้านค้าของนักวาด)3.) กรณีชำระผ่านทาง True Wallet มีค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่ม 20 บาท4.) หลังจากที่สรุปราคางานแล้วได้รับการยืนยันจากผู้ว่าจ้างแล้ว ผู้ว่าจ้างต้องจ่ายเงินตามที่ตกลงกันไว้
การผ่อนชำระ1.) หากคอมมิชชั่นมีราคาตั้งแต่ 1,000 บาทเป็นต้นไป ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถแจ้งผ่อนชำระกับนักวาดได้2.) การผ่อนชำระผู้ว่าจ้างต้องจ่ายครึ่งหนึ่งของราคาเต็มก่อนเริ่มงาน และจ่ายส่วนที่เหลือหลังนักวาดจบงานแล้ว3.) การผ่อนชำระในเรทราคานี้ ยินยอมให้แค่ผู้คอมมิชชั่นงานเชิงพาณิชย์สำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป เท่านั้น
ระยะเวลาและการทำงาน1.) โดยปกตินักวาดจะใช้เวลาสำหรับการทำงาน ตั้งแต่ 1สัปดาห์-1เดือน หรือมากกว่านั้น ขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดและขนาดของชิ้นงาน2.) หากผู้ว่าจ้างต้องการงานเร่งด่วนนักวาดมีความจำเป็นต้อง X2 เท่า ของราคาตามปกติ3.) การทำงานนักวาดจะนำเสนอไอเดียต่อผู้ว่าจ้างก่อนและเริ่มทำงานต่อตามลำดับ ระหว่างการทำงานผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถบอกสิ่งที่ต้องการให้แก้ไขแก่นักวาดได้จนกระทั่งงานจบลงโดยสมบูรณ์4.) ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการแก้ไขงาน ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถให้ความเห็นหรือเรียกร้องเพื่อแก้ไขชิ้นงานได้ แต่การได้รับการแก้ไขชิ้นงานนักวาดต้องมีความยิมยอมเท่านั้น นักวาดจะเป็นผู้พิจารณาว่าข้อเรียกร้องต่อชิ้นงานนั้นสามารถแก้ไขให้ได้หรือไม่
ส่วนลดคอมมิชชั่นจากการซื้อ Adoptable และ Products1.หากผู้ว่าจ้างเคยซื้อ adoptable,products หรือ prints ทางช่องทางใด ๆ ของนักวาด ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถแสดงภาพการสินค้าแก่นักวาดก่อนโอนเงิน เพื่อรับส่วนลด 10% ของราคาคอมมิชชั่น (1 ผลงาน = การลดราคา 1 คอมมิชชั่น)2.ถ้าหากผู้ว่าจ้างเคยได้จ้าง Artsign จากนักวาด จะได้รับการลดราคา 10% เช่นกัน (1 Artsign = การลดราคา 1 คอมมิชชั่น)3. ส่วนลดจากสินค้าที่เคยใช้ลดราคาแล้ว ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ซ้ำได้
การยกเลิกสัญญาคอมมิชชั่น1.กรณีที่นักวาดแจ้งว่าจะเริ่มต้นทำงานคอมมิชชั่นแล้ว ภายใน 15 วัน หากยังไม่มีการอัปเดตใด ๆ ว่ามีการทำงานเกิดขึ้น ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอเงินคืนได้เต็มจำนวน2. ถ้าหากนักวาดได้มีการอัปเดตการทำงานเป็นที่เรียบร้อย และเกิดการขอเงินคืนในภายหลัง นักวาดจะคืนเงินเพียงแค่ 50% ของจำนวนเงินที่ผู้ว่าจ้างจ่ายแล้ว เป็นค่ายกเลิกสัญญาจ้าง ทั้งนี้เหตุผลในการขอเงินคืนต้องได้รับการยินยอมจากนักวาด3.กรณีผู้ว่าจ้างจ่ายเงินมัดจำเพียง 50% ของราคางาน และไม่มีการจ่ายเงินส่วนที่เหลือ หลังจากการจบงานแล้ว นักวาดจะไม่คืนเงินมัดจำส่วนนั้น เป็นค่ายกเลิกสัญญาจ้าง4.กรณีผู้ว่าจ้างโอนเงินจากต่างประเทศ นักวาดจะคืนเงินให้ตามจำนวนของราคางาน ไม่ขอรับผิดชอบค่าธรรมเนียมที่หักแล้ว เมื่อไปถึงปลายทางของผู้รับ เพราะทางนักวาดได้รับผิดชอบค่าธรรมเนียมเมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างโอนมาครั้งแรกแล้ว5.หลังยกเลิกสัญญาจ้าง ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถนำงานที่ค้างไว้ไปทำต่อด้วยตนเอง หรือว่าจ้างให้ผู้อื่นทำต่อได้ สิทธิ์การใช้งาน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไอเดียรวมถึงขั้นตอนการทำงานเช่น line art, ภาพสี และอื่น ๆ ของงานคอมมิชชั่นชิ้นนั้น ตกเป็นของผู้ว่าจ้างทั้งหมด (แต่ไม่ได้ครอบคลุมลิขสิทธิ์ว่าเป็นผู้สร้างผลงานชิ้นนั้นทุกขั้นตอน)
บริการหลังการจ้างงานคอมมิชชั่น1.ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถขอไฟล์งานที่เคยเสร็จสิ้นไปแล้วซ้ำ กับนักวาดได้ ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ หลังเสร็จสิ้นการว่าจ้างคอมมิชชั่น หลังจากนั้นนักวาดอาจจะไม่สำรองไฟล์ไว้ให้
